Requirements: For best results..view this site in a 1024 by 768 screen resolution with a high-color 16-bit mode setting using a java enhanced browser (preferably Netscape 4.0 or IE 4.0) and with the following fonts.. the Nosferatu Font the Avalon Quest Font installed.. install them now in your windows directory these pages are graphic, audio and java intensive...please allow time to load (or you will surely miss out...) and you will be glad you waited! Anything else will look very lame. If you are in a hurry, then you should not be here in the first place, for there are plenty of "cheap" sites out there. We all know we would not be where we are at this moment without those who contibuted some way along the way... This Site was concieved in the spring of 1997 as a resorce for dark fears and nightmares. It is nearing it's third year and like others a lot of work went into what it is today..and there are several souls who had an influence on my ability to make it happen..this is the forum where i would like to thank there friendship and generosity... I started construction of this Site not knowing anything but the html i saw others use and the desired results..so in went a lot of effort from yours truely... Then i met a few souls here on the web who both were kind enough to loan me graphics (where they are credited on the main pages) and advice... First Kevin of The Nightgallery allowed me to use some of his skulls and Dana of Power's Court was very helpful with advice on web design. I am sorry to see Kevin's site go the way of many whose original graphics and bandwith were often stolen. He like others grew weary of trying to maintain a site that was often pillaged by theives... I was soon making my own graphics after a shopping spree for software graphics at stores...and then i met Darkangel whom i consider one of the best artists around. Not only did this guy make great graphics but his writing was superb! But like others, his site is gone and I see many of my old friends dissapearing from the web, and that is a sad thing to see. And then there is Wraith and her Site The House of Pain ..Of all the people who had an influence on me, I met Wraith early in the summer of 1997. She is a classy lady with a very classy web site, I hope she always will be around for she not only offers a great web site, but help in advice also... Now I have started a graphics design business which is not doing much right now..you can find my listing at the bottom of the main pages, Skulldery Graphics Design. In 1999, I met Michael of Darkserene Online and you will never meet another nicer and classier guy. It is his inspiration that drove me to expand darkfear.com into online web services. But now his site is also gone, due to being dropped by his server. Web servers can and often are "dicks". I hope soon that Michael will again put something up, but he like so many others tire of being fucked by the "powers" on the web. So now I am pursuing a graphics business, Skulldery Graphics Design, with an online web promotion business, darkfeardotcom Online
