The Church Council is responsible for all activities, projects, Church web site, and general wellbeing of the Church. The Council is chaired by the Church Elder who is head of the Council and also responsible for scheduling the meetings. All Church Council members are currently appointed by the Church Elder and directly report to him.

The Church Council includes the following members:
Damien Daville (vampire@darkfear.com) -- Elder and Webmaster and head of Church Council, founder of the Church and responsible for overall activities and the Church site; responsible for scheduling Council and Church meetings; and resolving conflicts and issues within the Church.
Jessie (JessieDarkAngel@hotmail.com) -- Associate in Charge of Applications, responsible for interviewing applicants and making a report to the Elder; and resposible for keeping updates on the status of applicants and reporting these to the Elder.
Vacant -- Associate in Charge of Training, responsible for information on vampirism and related topics for members; and responsible for helping members with questions on issues relating to their own vampirism, html help and web site development.
Dracos(dracos13@hotmail.com) -- Associate in Charge of the Web Zine, reponsible for publishing the Church zine once a month; and will collect reports from the Elder and the Associate in Charge of applications and any writings from members.
Khaela (ChromeWolf@compuserve.com) --Associate in Charge of Church histoy; responsible for keeping accurate records of Church events and new members joining the Church; submits updates to the Elder and Webmaster; recieves reports on new members in the Church from The Associate in Charge of Applications. He is the Scribe of the Church
